I have a passion for counseling and working with people of all ages and in all walks of life. It is my desire to come alongside you, and provide you with the tools you need to thrive and find joy in your journey. I have seen the benefits that counseling can have for individuals, couples, and families. I believe that everyone is deserving of respect and should be offered the opportunity to share and be heard. I have experience with family crisis intervention and will use a variety of tools to help your family communicate in a healthy way that will allow you to grow stronger together. Using different tools and strategies based on you/your family's needs, I will use a solution-focused method of therapy help you become empowered to reach your goals. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the State of Washington. I provide therapy for people who are in need of compassionate, understanding and Solution Focused Therapy.

Financial: Sliding Scale Fee, Free Initial Phone Consultation (Max. 15 mins).
